0 And when he saw Amalec, he took up his parable, and said: Amalec the beginning of nations, whose latter ends shall be destroyed.


2 He answered him: Call I speak any thing else but what the Lord commandeth?


4 As the door turneth upon its hinges, so doth the slothful upon his bed.


The sons of Ephraim who bend and shoot with the bow: they have turned back in the day of battle.


1 and their sepulchres shall be their houses for ever. Their dwelling places to all generations: they have called their lands by their names.


God hath brought him out of Egypt, whose strength is like to the rhinoceros. They shall devour the nations that are his enemies, and break their bones, and pierce them with arrows.


7 Hear ye my speech, and receive with Sour ears hidden truths.
