0 Thou shalt send forth thy spirit, and they shall be created: and thou shalt renew the face of the earth.


0 And he said: The Jews have agreed to desire thee, that thou wouldst bring forth Paul to morrow into the council, as if they meant to inquire some thing more certain touching him.


6 Jesus answered: My kingdom is not of this world. If my kingdom were of this world, my servants would certainly strive that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now my kingdom is not from hence.


1 In that day thou shalt not be ashamed for all thy doings, wherein thou hast transgressed against me: for then I will take away out of the midst of thee thy proud boasters, and thou shalt no more be lifted up because of my holy mountain.


You have cast out the women of my people from their houses, in which they took delight: you have taken my praise for ever from their children.


They shall not dwell in the Lord's land: Ephraim is returned to Egypt, and hath eaten unclean things among the Assyrians.


4 And they have not cried to me with their heart, but they howled in their beds: they have thought upon wheat and wine, they are departed from me.


2 Will a virgin forget her ornament, or a bride her stomacher? but my people hath forgotten me days without number.


3 With all watchfulness keep thy heart, because life issueth out from it.


9 Let him pass from the snow waters to excessive heat, and his sin even to hell.


1 Doth not the ear discern words, and the palate of him that eateth, the taste?


0 Who giveth rain upon the face of the earth, and watereth all things with waters:


1 Esau therefore always hated Jacob for the blessing wherewith his father had blessed him: and he said in his heart: The days will come of the mourning of my father, and I will kill my brother Jacob.


2 He shall be a wild man: his hand will be against all men, and all men's hands against him: and he shall pitch his tents over against all his brethren.


1 They have taken their rest at noon among the stores of them, who after having trodden the winepresses suffer thirst.
