Then Baldad the Suhite answered, and I said:


Who are wet, with the showers of the mountains, and having no covering embrace the stones.


5 And I will disperse thee in the nations, and will scatter thee among the countries, and I will put an end to thy uncleanness in thee.


0 As my hand hath found the king- dome of the idol, so also their idols of Jerusalem, and of Samaria.


6 If I beheld the sun when it shined, and the moon going in brightness:


3 Your words have been unsufferable to me, saith the Lord.


The waters nourished him, the deep set him up on high, the streams thereof ran round about his roots, and it sent forth its rivulets to all the trees of the country.


1 And your strength shall be as the ashes of tow, and your work as a spark: and both shall burn together, and there shall be none to quench it.


5 And I will turn my hand to thee, and I will clean purge away thy dress, and I will take away all thy tin.


3 That thou mayst give him rest from the evil days: till a pit be dug for the wicked.


4 When he shall fall he shall not be bruised, for the Lord putteth his hand under him.


The Lord is in his holy temple, the Lord's throne is in heaven. His eyes look on the poor man: his eyelids examine the sons of men.


4 Cursed be he that secretly killeth his neighbour: and all the people shall say: Amen.


As a servant longeth for the shade, as the hireling looketh for the end of his work;


3 Joy and gladness is taken away from Carmel, and from the land of Moab, and I have taken away the wine out of the presses: the treader of the grapes shall not sing the accustomed cheerful tune.


2 And he that sweareth by heaven, sweareth by the throne of God, and by him that sitteth thereon.
