3 If I say: My bed shall comfort me, and I shall be relieved speaking with myself on my couch:


5 So that my soul rather chooseth hanging, and my bones death.


There is no health in my flesh, because of thy wrath : there is no peace for my bones, because of my sins.


7 For the arms of the wicked shall be broken in pieces; but the Lord strengtheneth the just.


And Job answered, and said:


For what is the hope of the hypocrite if through covetousness he take by violence, and God deliver not his soul?


2 For when evil shall be sweet in his mouth, he will hide it under his tongue.
