9 God shall hear, and the Eternal shall humble them. For there is no change with them, and they have not feared God:


Unto the end, for Idithun himself, a canticle of David. I said: I will take heed to my ways : that I sin not with my tongue. I have set guard to my mouth, when the sinner stood against me.


O Lord, thy mercy is in heaven, and thy truth reacheth, even to the clouds.


AMEN, amen I say to you: He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up another way, the same is a thief and a robber.


0 They said therefore to him: How were thy eyes opened?


3 And of his kingdom there shall be no end.


In that day there shall be a fountain open to the house of David, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem: for the washing of the sinner, and of the unclean woman.


Her princes are in the midst of her as roaring lions: her judges are evening wolves, they left nothing for the morning.


6 The nations shall see, and shall be confounded at all their strength: they shall put the hand upon the mouth, their ears shall be deaf.


And now, O ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and ye men of Juda, judge between me and my vineyard.


Why art thou sad, O my soul? and why dost thou trouble me? Hope in God, for I will still give praise to him : the salvation of my countenance,


Remember the word that thou commandedst to Moses thy servant, saying: If you shall transgress, I will scatter you abroad among the nations:


1 And she made a vow, saying: O Lord, of hosts, if thou wilt look down on the affliction of thy servant, and wilt be mindful of me, and not forget thy handmaid, and wilt give to thy servant a man child: I will give him to the Lord all the days of his life, and no razor shall come upon his head.


He hath stripped me of my glory, and hath taken the crown from my head.
