6 Hesebon was the city of Sehon the king of the Amorrhites, who fought against the king of Moab: and took all the land, that had been of his dominions, as far as the Arnon.


4 And the Lord said to Moses: Fear him not, for I have delivered him and all his people, and his country into thy hand: and thou shalt do to him as thou didst to Sehon the king of the Amorrhites, the inhabitant of Hesebon.


0 And he chose his servant David, and took him from the hocks of sheep: he brought him from following the ewes great with young,


8 Let them that make them be like to them: and every one that trusteth in them.


4 A wild ass accustomed to the wilderness in the desire of his heart, snuffed up the wind of his love: none shall turn her away: all that seek her shall not fail: in her monthly filth they shall find her.


0 Cursed be he that doth the work of the Lord deceitfully: and cursed be he that withholdeth his sword from blood.
