7 He that giveth to the poor, shall not want: he that despiseth his entreaty, shall suffer indigence.


3 He that stoppeth his ear against the cry of the poor, shall also cry himself and shall not be heard.


5 And I will give thee into the hand of them that seek thy life, and into the hand of them whose face thou fearest, and into the hand of Nabuchodonosor king of Babylon, and into the hand of the Chaldeans.


1 I spoke to thee in thy properity: and thoiu saidst: I will not hear: this hath been thy way from thy youth, because thou hast not heard my voice.


5 As a roaring lion, and a hungry bear, so is a wicked prince over the poor people.


It is the part of man to prepare the soul: and of the Lord to govern the tongue.


Behold this second epistle I write to you, my dearly beloved, in which I stir up by way of admonition your sincere mind:


That they may teach the young women to be wise, to love their husbands, to love their children,


7 And I will distress men, and they shall walk like blind men, because they have sinned against the Lord: and their blood shall be poured out as earth, and their bodies as dung.


The man that with a stiff neck despiseth him that reproveth him, shall suddenly be destroyed: and health shall not follow him.


8 Poverty and shame to him that refuseth instruction: but he that yieldeth to reproof, shall be glorified.


for nothing shalt thou save them: in thy anger thou shalt break the people in pieces, O God,


8 Now if God clothe in this manner the grass that is to day in the field, and to morrow is cast into the oven; how much more you, O ye of little faith?


2 But these men, as irrational beasts, naturally tending to the snare and to destruction, blaspheming those things which they know not, shall perish in their corruption,


8 To do good, to be rich in good works, to give easily, to communicate to others,


1 And whosoever shall swear by temple, sweareth by it, and by him that dwelleth in it:


3 Your words have been unsufferable to me, saith the Lord.


And I turned, and lifted up my eyes, and saw: and behold four chariots came out from the midst of two mountains: and the mountains were mountains of brass.


1 The day shall come, that thy walls may be built up: in that day shall the law be far removed.


Then shall they cry to the Lord, and he will not hear them: and he will hide his face from them at that time, as they have behaved wickedly in their devices.


And you shall go out at the breaches one over against the other, and you shall be cast forth into Armon, saith the Lord.


3 He that rebuketh a man, shall afterward find favour with him, more than he that by a flattering tongue deceiveth him.


2 Let thy heart apply itself to instruction: and thy ears to words of knowledge.


0 Man when he was in honour did not understand: he hath been compared to senseless beasts, and made like to them.


1 Therefore thus saith the Lord: Behold, I will bring destruction upon this people, by which fathers and sons together shall fall, neighbor and kinsman shall perish.


8 My sorrow is above sorrow, my heart mourneth within me.


6 All darkness is hid in his secret places: a fire that is not kindled shall devour him, he shall be afflicted when left in his tabernacle.
