And I saw an angel coming down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit, and a great chain in his hand.


And let them sing in the ways of the Lord: for great is the glory of the Lord.


4 Behold the people shall rise up as a lioness, and shall lift itself up as a lion: it shall not lie down till it devour the prey, and drink the blood of the slain.


8 And in the morning, returning into the city, he was hungry.


3 Thou that dwellest in the gardens, the friends hearken: make me hear thy voice.


And now thus saith the Lord of hosts: Set your hearts to consider your ways.


They are consumed, and are broken together: they could not save him that carried them, and they themselves shall go into captivity.


3 And the people are not returned to him who hath struck them, and have not sought after the Lord of hosts.


Thy head is like Carmel: and the hairs of thy head as the purple of the king bound in the channels.


Thy lips are as a scarlet lace: and thy speech sweet. Thy cheeks are as a piece of a pomegranate, besides that which lieth hid within.


But now he hath obtained a better ministry, by how much also he is a mediator of a better testament, which is established on better promises.


You that contribute gold out of the bag, and weigh out silver in the scales: and hire a goldsmith to make a god: and they fall down and worship.


4 As children of obedience, not fashioned according to the former desires of your ignorance:


When he is judged, may he go out condemned; and may his prayer be turned to sin.


5 The aged and honourable, he is the head: and the prophet that teacheth lies, he is the tail.


Rejoice, and praise, O thou habitation of Sion: for great is he that is in the midst of thee, the Holy One of Israel.


1 The earth is moved at the noise of their fall: the cry of their voice is heard in the Red Sea.


Therefore thus saith the Lord God: Behold I come against thee, O Tyre, and I will cause many nations to come up to thee, as the waves of the sea rise up.


I will make thee everlasting desolations, and thy cities shall not be inhabited: and thou shalt know that I am the Lord God.


And I will turn thee round, and I will lead thee out, and will make thee go up from the northern parts: and will bring thee upon the mountains of Israel.


And thy valiant men of the south shall be afraid, that man may be cut off from the mount of Esau.


7 And in mount Sion shall be salvation, and it shall be holy, and the house of Jacob shall possess those that possessed them.


0 Who is there among you, that will shut the doors, and will kindle the fire on my altar gratis? I have no pleasure in you, saith the Lord of hosts: and I will not receive a gift of your hand.


4 And when Jobab was dead, Husam of the land of the Themanites reigned in his stead.


2 His eyes are more beautiful than wine, and his teeth whiter than milk.


9 And when Saul was dead, Balanan the son of Achobor reigned in his stead.


3 The rams of the flock are clothed, and the vales shall abound with corn: they shall shout, yea they shall sing a hymn.


And the streams thereof shall be turned into pitch, and the ground thereof into brimstone: and the land thereof shall become burning pitch.


The things that were first, behold they are come: and new things do I declare: before they spring forth, I will make you head them.


1 Let the desert and the cities thereof be exalted: Cedar shall dwell in houses: ye inhabitants of Petra, give praise, they shall cry from the top of the mountains.


2 O vineyard of Sabama, I will weep for thee, with the mourning of Jazer: thy branches are gone over the sea, they are come even to the sea of Jazer: the robber hath rushed in upon thy harvest and thy vintage.
