Their feet run to evil, and make haste to shed innocent blood: their thoughts are unprofitable thoughts: wasting and destruction are in their ways.

5 He therefore, leaning on the breast of Jesus, saith to him: Lord, who is it?


0 And he saved them from the hand of them that hated them: and he redeemed them from the hand of the enemy.


4 Well ordered words are as a honeycomb: sweet to the soul, and health to the bones.


3 Just lips are the delight of kings: he that speaketh right things shall be loved.


3 In much work there shall be abundance: but where there are many words, there is oftentimes want.


Now therefore, my son, hear me, and depart not from the words of my mouth.

2 Come, let us take wine, and be filled with drunkenness: and it shall be as to day, so also to morrow, and much more.


5 I have surveyed all things with my mind, to know, and consider, and seek out wisdom and reason: and to know the wickedness of the fool, and the error of the imprudent:
