3 Being pushed I was overturned that I might fall: but the Lord supported me.


And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of scandal, to them who stumble at the word, neither do believe, whereunto also they are set.


For Jerusalem is ruined, and Juda is fallen: because their tongue, and their devices are against the Lord, to provoke the eyes of his majesty.


6 But the Paraclete, the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and bring all things to your mind, whatsoever I shall have said to you.


1 And I will take of them to be priests, and Levites, saith the Lord.


6 And as a man's enemies shall be they of his own household.


1 And now they that are redeemed by the Lord, shall return, and shall come into Sion singing praises, and joy everlasting shall be upon their heads, they shall obtain joy and gladness, sorrow and mourning shall flee away.


One shall say: I am the Lord's, and another shall call himself by the name of Jacob, and another shall subscribe with his hand, To the Lord, and surname himself by the name of Israel.


Add not any thing to his words, lest thou be reproved, and found a liar:


Praise ye the Lord, because psalm is good: to our God be joyful and comely praise.


4 They shall still increase in a fruitful old age: and shall be well treated,


9 And Peter rising up, went with them. And when he was come, they brought him into the upper chamber. And all the widows stood about him weeping, and shewing him the coats and garments which Dorcas made them.


9 But the triumpher in Israel will riot spare, and will not be moved to repentance: for he is not a mail that he should repent.

And he said to me: Son of man, go to the house of Israel, and thou shalt speak my words to them.


6 Now the Philistine came out morning and evening, and presented himself forty days.


And David departed from thence into Maspha of Moab: and he said to the king of Moab: Let my father and my mother tarry with you, I beseech thee, till I know what God will do for me.


0 To the law rather, and to the testimony. And if they speak not according to this word, they shall not have the morning light.


The noise of a multitude in the mountains, as it were of many people, the noise of the sound of kings, of nations gathered together: the Lord of hosts hath given charge to the troops of war.


And he shall grow up as a tender plant before him, and as a root out of a thirsty ground: there is no beauty in him, nor comeliness: and we have seen him, and there was no sightliness, that we should be desirous of him:


0 I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, and my soul shall be joyful in my God: for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation: and with the robe of justice he hath covered me, as a bridegroom decked with a crown, and as a bride adorned with her jewels.
