16 And Ezechias rejoiced at their coming, and he shewed them the storehouses of his aromatical spices, and of the silver, and of the gold, and of the sweet odours, and of the precious ointment, and all the storehouses of his furniture, and all things that were found in his treasures. There was nothing in his house, nor in all his dominion that Ezechias shewed them not.

And the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man unto profit.


2 And when Jesus had heard that John was delivered up, he retired into Galilee:


2 I have run the way of thy commandments, when thou didst enlarge my heart.


THEY have sought me that before asked not for me, they have found me that sought me not. I said: Behold me, behold me, to a nation that did not call upon my name.


Let the mountains receive peace for the people: and the hills justice.


A land of wheat, and barley, and vineyards, wherein fig trees and pomegranates, and oliveyards grow: a land of oil and honey.


But we are confident, and have a good will to be absent rather from the body, and to be present with the Lord.


8 For you are not come to a mountain that might be touched, and a burning fire, and a whirlwind, and darkness, and storm,


then said I, Behold I come. In the head of the book it is written of me


8 Let the proud be ashamed, because they have done unjustly towards me: but I will be employed in thy commandments.


2 My eyes have failed for thy word, saying: When wilt thou comfort me?


0 The Lord hath heard, and hath had mercy on me: the Lord became my helper.
