They shall not drink wine with a song: the drink shall be bitter to them that drink it.


Let us go up to Juda, and rouse it up, and draw it away to us, and make the son of Tabeel king in the midst thereof.


2 But they have not known the thoughts of the Lord, and have not understood his counsel: because he hath gathered them together as the hay of the floor.


2 And I will bring men upon you, my people Israel, and they shall possess thee for their inheritance: and thou shalt be their inheritance, and shalt no more henceforth be without them.


Who hath taken this counsel against Tyre, that was formerly crowned, whose merchants were princes, and her traders the nobles of the earth?


And the covering of Juda shall be discovered, and thou shalt see in that day the armoury of the house of the forest.


Who is there among you of all his people? His God be with him. Let him go up to Jerusalem, which is in Jndert, and build the house of the Lord the God of Israel: he is the God that is in Jerusalem.


If thou be driven as far as the poles of heaven, the Lord thy God will fetch thee back from thence,


8 And he hath cast them out of their land, in anger and in wrath, and in very great indignation, and hath thrown them into a strange land, as it is seen this day.


3 If the Ethiopian can change his skin, or the leopard his spots: you may also do well, when you have learned evil.


4 Therefore hath hell enlarged her soul, and opened her mouth without any bounds, and their strong ones, and their people, and their high and glorious ones shall go down into it.


0 The city of vanity is broken down, every house is shut up, no man cometh in.


2 Desolation is left in the city, and calamity shall oppress the gates.


2 I will assemble and gather together all of thee, O Jacob: I will bring together the remnant of Israel, I will put them together as a flock in the fold, as the sheep in the midst of the sheepcotes, they shall make a tumult by reason of the multitude of men.


Fear not, for I am with thee: I will. bring thy seed from the east, and gather thee from the west.
