9 For this is thankworthy, if for conscience towards God, a man endure sorrows, suffering wrongfully.


3 On the east, three gates: and on the north, three gates: and on the south, three gates: and on the west, three gates.


Behold, God is my saviour, I will deal confidently, and will not fear: O because the Lord is my strength, and my praise, and he is become my salvation.


2 For the word of God is living and effectual, and more piercing than any two edged sword; and reaching unto the division of the soul and the spirit, of the joints also and the marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.


0 For he that is entered into his rest, the same also hath rested from his works, as God did from his.


4 Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, recovered strength from weakness, became valiant in battle, put to flight the armies of foreigners:


Let us fear therefore lest the promise being left of entering into his rest, any of you should be thought to be wanting.


It is a faithful saying: and these things I will have thee affirm constantly: that they, who believe in God, may be careful to excel in good works. These things are good and profitable unto men.


And assembling together all the chief priests and the scribes of the people, he inquired of them where Christ should be born.


0 Thou hast been wearied in the multitude of thy ways: yet thou saidst not: I will rest: thou hast found life of thy hand, therefore thou hast not asked.


With a vehement wind thou shalt break in pieces the ships of Tharsis.


For every high priest taken from among men, is ordained for men in the things that appertain to God, that he may offer up gifts and sacrifices for sins:


And therefore he ought, as for the people, so also for himself, to offer for sins.


And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire, and them that had overcome the beast, and his image, and the number of his name, standing on the sea of glass, having the harps of God:


3 And Moses said to Aaron: Take a vessel, and put manna into it, as much as a gomor can hold: and lay it up before the Lord to keep unto your generations,
