Let love be without dissimulation. Hating that which is evil, cleaving to that which is good.


4 Or to governors as sent by him for the punishment of evildoers, and for the praise of the good:


The word of the Lord that came to Joel the son of Phatuel.


Is not this rather the fast that I have chosen? loose the bands of wickedness, undo the bundles that oppress, let them that are broken go free, and break asunder every burden.


1 Amen was two and twenty years old when he began to reign, and he reigned two years in Jerusalem.


Thou shalt sprinkle me with hyssop, and I shall be cleansed: thou shalt wash me, and I shall be made whiter than snow.


7 But whatsoever shall be found on the third day shall be consumed with fire.

The ancients therefore that are among you, I beseech, who am myself also an ancient, and a witness of the sufferings of Christ: as also a partaker of that glory which is to be revealed in time to come:


Which in other generations was not known to the sons of men, as it is now revealed to his holy apostles and prophets in the Spirit:


6 Blessed be he that cometh in the name Lord. We have blessed you out of the house of the Lord.


His going out is from the end of heaven, And his circuit even to the end thereof: and there is no one that can hide himself from his heat.


And on that day they read in the book of Moses in the hearing of the people: and therein was found written, that the Ammonites and the Moabites should not come in to the church of God for ever:


But now he hath obtained a better ministry, by how much also he is a mediator of a better testament, which is established on better promises.


1 And you, whereas you were some time alienated and enemies in mind in evil works:


Therefore, my brethren, you also are become dead to the law, by the body of Christ; that you may belong to another, who is risen again from the dead, that we may bring forth fruit to God.


7 Therefore doth the Father love me: because I lay down my life, that I may take it again.


5 And they kept the watch of their God, and the observance of expiation, and the singing men, and the porters, according to the commandment of David, and of Solomon his son.


But Zorobabel, and Josue, and the rest of the chief of the fathers of Israel said to them: You have nothing to do with us to build a house to our God, but we ourselves alone will build to the Lord our God, as Cyrus king of the Persians hath commanded us.


6 And Ezechias, and all the people rejoiced because the ministry of the Lord was accomplished. For the resolution of doing this thing was taken suddenly.


4 If you shall ask me any thing in my name, that I will do.


9 But he willing to justify himself, said to Jesus: And who is my neighbour?


15 Depart from me, ye malignant: and I will search the commandments of my God.


9 And the word of the Lord came to Jeremias, saying:


6 Surely I will also cast; off the seed of Jacob, and of David my servant, so as not to take any of his seed to be rulers of the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob: for I will bring back their captivity, and will have mercy on them.


Jesus Christ, yesterday, and to day; and the same for ever.


7 Offered a silver dish weighing a hundred and thirty sides, a silver bowl of seventy sides, according to the weight of the sanctuary, both full of flour tempered with oil for a sacrifice:
