9 According to the multitude of my sorrows in my heart, thy comforts have given joy to my soul.


1 Wherefore casting away all uncleanness, and abundance of naughtiness, with meekness receive the ingrafted word, which is able to save your souls.


16 Uphold me according to thy word, and I shall live: and let me not be confounded in my expectation.


6 Upon this I was as it were awaked out of a sleep, and I saw, and my sleep was sweet to me.


2 My eyes have failed for thy word, saying: When wilt thou comfort me?


5 O Lord, save me: O Lord, give good success.


6 Lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau; who for one mess, sold his first birthright.


For it shall be health to thy navel, and moistening to thy bones.


2 Which when thou shalt have entered, thy steps shall not be straitened, and when thou runnest thou shalt not meet a stumblingblock.


0 Thy truth unto all generations: thou hast founded the earth, and it continueth.


3 For princes sat, and spoke against me: but thy servant was employed in thy justifications.


7 Because he addeth blasphemy upon his sins, let him be tied fast in the mean time amongst us : and then let him provoke God to judgment with his speeches.


4 And they talked together of all these things which had happened.


6 But their eyes were held, that they should not know him.


4 They that fear thee shall see me, and shall be glad: because I have greatly hoped in thy words.


7 Phe. Prophecy is become to us a fear, and a snare, and destruction.


8 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit, brethren. Amen.


In like manner women also in decent apparel: adorning themselves with modesty and sobriety, not with plaited hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly attire,


But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea, which is moved and carried about by the wind.
