6 And others had trial of mockeries and stripes, moreover also of bands and prisons.


Sacrifice and oblation thou didst not desire; but thou hast pierced ears for me. Burnt offering and sin offering thou didst not require :


I am a stranger and sojourner among you: give me the right of a burying-place with you, that I may bury my dead.


As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.


But if you be without chastisement, whereof all are made partakers, then are you bastards, and not sons.


That the Gentiles should be fellow heirs, and of the same body, and co-partners of his promise in Christ Jesus, by the gospel:


2 He that spared not even his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how hath he not also, with him, given us all things?


0 For what glory is it, if committing sin, and being buffeted for it, you endure? But if doing well you suffer patiently; this is thankworthy before God.


Wherefore laying away all malice, and all guile, and dissimulations, and envies, and all detractions,


And patience trial; and trial hope;


Then Sophar the Naamathite answered, and said:


9 Gad, being girded, shall fight before him: and he himself shall be girded backward.


0 And blessing the king, he went out.


And decaying he died in a good old age, and having lived a long time, and being full of days: and was gathered to his people.


You are of God, little children, and have overcome him. Because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.

And he commanded his servants the physicians to embalm his father.


6 I have declared my ways, and thou hast heard me: tech me thy justifications.

8 But if his hands find not the means to repay the price, the buyer shall have what he bought, until the year of the jubilee. For in that year all that is sold shall return to the owner, and to the ancient possessor.


And therefore we labour, whether absent or present, to please him.


5 And Christ died for all; that they also who live, may not now live to themselves, but unto him who died for them, and rose again.


3 By faith Moses, when he was born, was hid three months by his parents; because they saw he was a comely babe, and they feared not the king's edict.


6 Esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasure of the Egyptians. For he looked unto the reward.


0 Of which salvation the prophets have inquired and diligently searched, who prophesied of the grace to come in you.


4 And he was a sojourner in the land of the Palestines many days.


5 And when the ark was lifted up, Moses said: Arise, O Lord, and let thy enemies be scattered, and let them that hate thee, flee from before thy face.
