And the disciples hearing, fell upon their face, and were very much afraid.


2 And Ruben one of them, said: Did not I say to you: Do not sin against the boy: and you would not hear me? Behold his blood is required.


2 And Saul commanded his servants to speak to David privately, saying: Behold thou pleasest the king, and all his servants love thee. Now therefore be the king's son in law.


2 And the voice of harpers, and of musicians, and of them that play on the pipe, and on the trumpet, shall no more be heard at all in thee; and no craftsman of any art whatsoever shall be found any more at all in thee; and the sound of the mill shall be heard no more at all in thee;


9 Having faith and a good conscience, which some rejecting have made shipwreck concerning the faith.


3 But he answering, said: He that dippeth his hand with me in the dish, he shall betray me.


3 Moreover I shook my lap, and said: So may God shake every man that shall not accomplish this word, out of his house, and out of his labours, thus may he be shaken out, and become empty. And all the multitude said: Amen. And they praised God. And the people did according to what was said.


4 Nevertheless, because thou hast given occasion to the enemies of the Lord to blaspheme, for this thing, the child that is born to thee, shall surely die.


4 Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot,


9 If he rise again and walk abroad upon his staff, he that struck him shall be quit, yet so that he make restitution for his work, and for his expenses upon the physicians.


3 And as soon as he came to his brethren, they forthwith stript him of his outside coat, that was of divers colours:


5 He said to him: Because thou art my brother, shalt thou serve me without wages? Tell me what wages thou wilt have.


2 And he dwelt in Egypt with all his father's house: and lived a hundred and ten years.


0 Both I and my brethren, and my servants, have lent money and corn to many: let us all agree not to call for it again; let us forgive the debt that is owing to us.
