He ordained it for a testimony in Joseph, when he came out of the land of Egypt: he heard a tongue which he knew not.


I have cried to thee, for thou, O God, hast heard me: O incline thy ear unto me, and hear my words.


0 Neither shall there remain any thing of it until morning. If there be any thing left, you shall burn it with fire.


5 So the men took the presents, and double money, and Benjamin: and went down into Egypt, and stood before Joseph.


In the mean time the famine was heavy upon all the land.


And they entered into the land of Egypt with others that went to buy. For the famine was in the land of Chanaan.


And Jacob being angry with her, answered: Am I as God, who hath deprived thee of the fruit of thy womb?


8 And when her soul was departing for pain, and death was now at hand, she called the name of her son Benoni, that is, The son of my pain: but his father called him Benjamin, that is, The son of the right hand.


0 And Jacob erected a pillar over her sepulcher: this is the pillar of Rachel's monument, to this day.


5 The sons of Bala, Rachel's handmaid: Dan and Naphthali.


8 All these are the twelve tribes of Israel: these things their father spoke to them, and he blessed every one, with their proper blessings.
