9 And Rebecca had a brother named Laban, who went out in haste to the man, to the well.


7 Who brought her into the tent of Sara his mother, and took her to wife: and he loved her so much, that it moderated the sorrow which was occasioned by his mother's death.


3 And Bathuel, of whom was born Rebecca: These eight did Melcha bear to Nachor Abraham's brother.


0 And therefore now I offer the firstfruits of the land which the Lord hath given me. And thou shalt leave them in the sight of the ford thy God, adoring the Lord thy God.


5 Now Jacob had pitched his tent in the mountain: and when he with his brethren had overtaken him, he pitched his tent in the same mount of Galaad.


1 And when he was gone, together with all that belonged to him, and having passed the river, was going on towards mount Galaad,


9 At that time Laban was gone to shear his sheep, and Rachel stole away her father's idols.


5 And Jesus rebuked him, saying: Hold thy peace, and go out of him. And when the devil had thrown him into the midst, he went out of him, and hurt him not at all.


0 Saying: Thou shalt not be called any more Jacob, but Israel shall be thy name. And he called him Israel.


5 he had not yet ended these words within himself, and behold Rebecca came out, the daughter of Bathuel, son of Melcha, wife to Nachor the brother of Abraham, having a pitcher on her shoulder:


6 Isaac was threescore years old when the children were born unto him.


And God almighty bless thee, and make thee to increase, and multiply thee: that thou mayst be a multitude of people.


Experiencing also that his father was not well pleased with the daughters of Chanaan:


9 And he bought that part of the field, in which he pitched his tents, of the children of Hemor, the father of Sichem for a hundred lambs.


7 And he came to Isaac his father in Mambre, the city of Arbee, this is Hebron: Wherein Abraham and Isaac sojourned.


6 The sons of Cad: Sephian and Haggi and Suni and Esebon and Heri and Arodi and Areli.


4 And thou shalt dwell with him a few days, till wrath of thy brother be assuaged,
