0 And he answered: Tomorrow. But he said: I will do according to thy word; that thou mayst know that there is none like to the Lord our God.


1 The flax therefore and the barley were hurt, because the barley was green, and the flax was now boiled:


1 Now a certain old prophet dwelt in Bethel, and his sons came to him and told him all the works that the man of God had done that day in Bethel: and they told their father the words which he had spoken to the king.


2 And the place of the scripture which he was reading was this: He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; and like a lamb without voice before his shearer, so openeth he not his mouth.


0 According to my desire I will chastise them: and the nations shall be gathered together against them, when they shall be chastised for their two iniquities.


5 And they were finishing this house of God, until the third day of the month of Adar, which was in the sixth year of the reign of king Darius.


0 And the Lord hardened Pharao's heart, neither did he let the children of Israel go.


1 And he did according to his word: and he took away the flies from Pharao, and from his servants, and from his people: there was not left so much as one.


It is better to be rebuked by a wise man, than to be deceived by the flattery of fools.


7 And they did so. And Aaron stretched forth his hand, holding the rod: and he struck the dust of the earth, and there came sciniphs on men and on beasts: all the dust of the earth was turned into sciniphs through all the land of Egypt.


0 If you will be quiet and remain in this land, I will build you up, and not pull you down: I will plane you, and not pluck you up: for now I am appeased for the evil that I have done to you.


1 And I will give favour to this people, in the sight of the Egyptians: and when you go forth, you shall not depart empty:


5 Go to him in the morning, behold he will go out to the waters: and thou shalt stand to meet him on the bank of the river: and thou shalt take in thy hand the rod that was turned into a serpent.
