3 I have said to thee: Let my son go, that he may serve me, and thou wouldst not let him go: behold I will kill thy son, thy firstborn.


7 And they did so. And Aaron stretched forth his hand, holding the rod: and he struck the dust of the earth, and there came sciniphs on men and on beasts: all the dust of the earth was turned into sciniphs through all the land of Egypt.


For we, who have believed, shall enter into rest; as he said: As I have sworn in my wrath; If they shall enter into my rest; and this indeed when the works from the foundation of the world were finished.


3 For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.


Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness, and patience, and longsuffering? Knowest thou not, that the benignity of God leadeth thee to penance?


And the Lord said to Moses: Yet one plague more will I bring upon Pharao and Egypt, and after that he shall let you go and thrust you out.


3 No man saw his brother, nor moved himself out of the place where he was: but wheresoever the children of Israel dwelt there was light.


But if thou resist, and wilt not let them go, behold I will bring in to morrow the locust into thy coasts:


5 Except the cattle which came to the share of them that took them: and the spoils of the cities, which we took:


0 Stood behind, between the Egyptians' camp and the camp of Israel: and it was a dark cloud, and enlightening the night, so that they could not come at one another all the night.


4 And the Lord said to Moses: Pharao's heart is hardened, he will not let the people go.


6 And thou shalt say to him: The Lord God of the Hebrews sent me to thee saying: Let my people go to sacrifice to me in the desert: and hitherto thou wouldst not hear.


4 And all the Egyptians dug round about the river for water to drink: for they could not drink of the water of the river.


1 But if thou wilt not let them go, behold I will send in upon thee, and upon thy servants, and upon thy houses all kind of flies: and the houses of the Egyptians shall be filled with flies of divers kinds, and the whole land wherein they shall be.


And be there dust upon all the land of Egypt: for there shall be boils and swelling blains both in men and beasts in the whole land of Egypt.


4 For I will at this time send all my plagues upon thy heart, and upon thy servants, and upon thy people: that thou mayst know there is none like me in all the earth.


1 And they laid the ark of God upon the cart, and the little box that had in it the golden mice and the likeness of the emerods.


3 And the Lord did according to the word of Moses: and the frogs died out of the houses, and out of the villages, and out of the fields:


0 So Moses went out from Pharao, and prayed to the Lord.


Therefore Moses and Aaron went in to Pharao, and said to him: Thus saith the Lord God of the Hebrews: How long refusest thou to submit to me? let my people go, to sacrifice to me.


8 And all the vessels of the house of the Lord, great and small, and the treasures of the temple and of the king, and of the princes he carried away to Babylon.
