And the people did what he had commanded, bringing the earrings to Aaron.


Now these things being thus ordered, into the first tabernacle the priests indeed always entered, accomplishing the offices of sacrifices.


2 Having therefore such hope, we use much confidence:


6 But when they shall be converted to the Lord, the veil shall be taken away.


And the children of Israel removed their camp from Beroth of the children of Jacan into Mosera, where Aaron died and was buried, and Eleazar his son succeeded him in the priestly office.


0 And he was exceeding angry against Aaron also, and would have destroyed him, and I prayed in like manner for him.


Who keepest mercy unto thousands: who takest away iniquity, and wickedness, and sin, and no man of himself is innocent before thee. Who renderest the iniquity of the fathers to the children, and to the grandchildren, unto the third and fourth generation.


Then he cut out two tables of stone, such as had been before: and rising very early he went up into the mount Sinai, as the Lord had commanded him, carrying with him the tables.


8 But he answered: It is not the cry of men encouraging to fight, nor the shout of men compelling to flee: but I hear the voice of singers.


0 And laying hold of the calf which they had made, he burnt it, and beat it to powder, which he strowed into water, and gave thereof to the children of Israel to drink.


9 Flee then from the face of the sword, for the sword is the revenger of iniquities: and know ye that there is judgment.
