10 2 And he said to him: I will be with thee: and this thou shalt have for a sign, that I have sent thee: When thou shalt have brought my people out of Egypt, thou shalt offer sacrifice to God upon this mountain.

2 By which her rich men were filled with iniquity, and the inhabitants thereof have spoken lies, and their tongue was deceitful in their mouth.


3 And he destroyed their vineyards and their fig trees: and he broke in pieces the trees of their coasts.


1 And the Lord sent Jerobaal, and Badan, and Jephte, and Samuel, and delivered you from the hand of your enemies round about, and you dwelt securely.


2 And God turned, and gave them up to serve the host of heaven, as it is written in the books of the prophets: Did you offer victims and sacrifices to me for forty years, in the desert, O house of Israel?


That they may put their hope in God and may not forget the works of God: and may seek his commandments.


4 The tabernacle of the testimony was with our fathers in the desert, as God ordained for them, speaking to Moses, that he should make it according to the form which he had seen.


And I will be to them as a lioness, as a leopard in the way of the Assyrians.


4 And Joseph sending, called thither Jacob, his father, and all his kindred, seventy-five souls.


5 So Jacob went down into Egypt; and he died, and our fathers.


3 And it was said unto him: Know thou beforehand that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land not their own, and they shall bring them under bondage, and afflict them four hundred years.


4 But I will judge the nation which they shall serve, and after this they shall come out with great substance.


8 In the day when the Lord spoke to Moses in the land of Egypt.


3 And the Lord said to Moses and Aaron: This is the service of the Phase: No foreigner shall eat of it.


4 But every bought servant shall be circumcised, and so shall eat.


5 And Moses said: If thou thyself dost not go before, bring us not out of this place.


6 For how shall we be able to know, I and thy people, that we have found grace in thy sight, unless thou walk with us, that we may be glorified by all people that dwell upon the earth?


3 Now therefore your king is here, whom you have chosen and desired: Behold the Lord hath given you a king.


9 So Gedeon went in, and boiled a kid, and made unleavened loaves of a measure of flour: and putting the flesh in a basket, and the broth of the flesh into a pot, he carried all under the oak, and presented to him.
