6 For indeed he longed after you all: and was sad, for that you had heard that he was sick.


2 Fear not, ye beasts of the fields: for the beautiful places of the wilderness are sprung, for the tree hath brought forth its fruit, the fig tree, and the vine have yielded their strength.


2 In the four corners of the court were little courts disposed, forty cubits long, and thirty broad, all the four were of one measure.


5 In the seventh month, in the fifteenth day of the month, in the solemn feast, he shall do the like for the seven days: as well in regard to the sin offering, as to the holocaust, and. the sacrifice, and the


4 And I will say: Make a way: give free passage, turn out of the path, take away the stumblingblocks out of the way of my people.


8 And you shall offer with the leaves seven lambs without blemish of the first year, and one calf from the herd, and two rams, and they shall be for a holocaust with their libations far a most sweet odour to the Lord.


Blow ye the trumpet in Sion, sound an alarm in my holy mountain, let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: because the day of the Lord cometh, because it is nigh at hand,


7 The beasts have rotted in their dung, the barns are destroyed, the storehouses are broken down: because the corn is confounded.


9 And he brought me in by the entry that was at the side of the gate, into the chambers of the sanctuary that were for the priests, which looked toward the north. And there was a place bending to the west.


5 He shall offer the lamb, and the sacrifice, and the oil morning by morning: an everlasting holocaust.


3 And he shall offer every day for a holocaust to the Lord, a lamb of the same year without blemish: he shall offer it always in the morning.


And he shall offer in sacrifice an ephi for a calf, an ephi also for a ram: but for the lambs, as his hand shall find : and a hin of oil for every ephi.


6 As I pleaded against your fathers in the desert of the land of Egypt; even so will I judge you, saith the Lord God.


A third part thou shalt burn with fire in the midst of the city, according to the fulfilling of the days of the siege: and thou shalt take a third part, and cut it in pieces with the knife all round about: and the other third part thou shalt scatter in the wind, and I will draw out the sword after them.


3 Praise his people, ye nations, for he will revenge the blood of his servants: and will render vengeance to their enemies, and he will be merciful to the land of his people.


1 And the sacrifices and the libations of every one for the calves and for the rams and for the lambs you shall offer according to the rite:


9 The tenth of a tenth to every lamb, which in all are seven lambs: a buck goat also,


5 A buck goat also shall be offered to the Lord for a sin offering over and above the perpetual holocaust with its libations.


0 Which regularly are poured out every sabbath for the perpetual holocaust.


9 The same law shall be for all that sin by ignorance, whether they be natives or strangers.


2 For every ox and ram and lamb and kid.


7 And the table with the vessels thereof, the candlestick and furniture thereof, the altars of incense,


So the people were thirsty there for want of water, and murmured against Moses, saying: Why didst thou make us go forth out of Egypt, to kill us and our children, and our beasts with thirst?


5 And calling the name of that place Bethel.


2 It is a sacrifice to the Lord, by perpetual oblation unto your generations, at the door of the tabernacle of the testimony before the Lord, where I will appoint to speak unto thee.


4 I will sanctify also the tabernacle of the testimony with the altar, and Aaron with his sons, to do the office of priesthood unto me.


5 And they destroyed the cities: and they filled every goodly field, every man casting his stone: and they stopt up all the springs of waters: and cut down all the trees that bore fruit, so that brick walls only remained: and the city was beset by the slingers, and a great part thereof destroyed.


2 And though they should bring up their children, I will make them without children among men: yea, and woe to them, when I shall depart from them.


8 The males only of the race of Aaron shall eat it. It shall be an ordinance everlasting in your generations concerning the sacrifices of the Lord: Every one that toucheth them shall be sanctified.


1 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:
