2 There shall you feast before the Lord your God, you and your sons and your daughters, your menservants and maid- servants, and the Levite that dwelleth in your cities. For he hath no other part and possession among you.


5 But laban arose in the night, and kissed his sons, and daughters, and blessed them: and returned to his place.


4 Said to the ancients: Wait ye here till we return to you. You have Aaron and Hur with you: if any question shall arise, you shall refer it to them.


And he took the blood and sprinkled it upon the people, and he said: This is the blood of the covenant which the Lord hath made with you concerning all these words.


The man indeed ought not to cover his head, because he is the image and glory of God; but the woman is the glory of the man.


0 If I partake with thanksgiving, why am I evil spoken of, for that for which I give thanks ?


7 If any of them that believe not, invite you, and you will be willing to go; eat of any thing that is set before you, asking no question for conscience' sake.


3 And the Lord said to the servant: Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.


And he that invited thee and him, come and say to thee, Give this man place: and then thou begin with shame to take the lowest place.


1 And he said to me: Daniel, thou man of desires, understand the words that I speak to thee, and stand upright: for I am sent now to thee. And when he had said this word to me, I stood trembling.


Blessed is the man who hath not walked in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stood in the way of sinners, nor sat in the chair of pestilence.


5 And there were not found in all the earth women so beautiful as the daughters of Job : and their father gave them inheritance among their brethren.

7 And the priests and the Levites rose up and blessed the people: and their voice was heard: and their prayer came to the holy dwelling place of heaven.

6 Then Joseph came into his house, and they offered him the presents holding them in their hands, and they bowed down with their face to the ground.


5 And he built there an altar: and called upon the name of the Lord, and pitched his tent: and commanded his servants to dig a well.


And the Lord appeared to Abram, and said to him: To thy seed will I give this land. And he built there an altar to the Lord, who had appeared to him.


0 And Noe built an altar unto the Lord: and taking of all cattle and fowls that were clean, offered holocausts upon the altar.


Abel also offered of the firstlings of his flock, and of their fat: and the Lord had respect to Abel, and to his offerings.


8 And when they returned to Raguel their father, he said to them: Why are ye come sooner than usual?


And Moses said: I will go and see this great sight, why the bush is not burnt.


6 And when any controversy falleth out among them, they come to me to judge between them, and to shew the precepts of God, and his laws.


These are the judgments which thou shalt set before them.


0 And all saw that the pillar of the cloud stood at the door of the tabernacle. And they stood, and worshipped at the doors of their tents.


4 The cloud also of the Lord was over them by day when they marched.


0 And he made them a feast, and after they had eaten and drunk:
