20 3 And he said to them: This is what the Lord hath spoken: To morrow is the rest of the sabbath sanctified to the Lord. Whatsoever work is to be done, do it: and the meats that are to be dressed, dress them: and whatsoever shall remain, lay it up until the morning.

But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not so much as be named among you, as becometh saints:


1 And Peter said to him: Lord, dost thou speak this parable to us, or likewise to all?


3 The life is more than the meat, and the body is more than the raiment.


2 Who being struck sad at that saying, went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions.


3 And going up into a mountain, he called unto him whom he would himself: and they came to him.


7 And which of you by taking thought, can add to his stature by one cubit?


0 And the Lord speaking to Moses and Aaron, said:


For I speak to him mouth to mouth: and plainly, and not by riddles and figures doth he see the Lord. Why then were you not afraid to speak ill of my servant Moses?


2 But on the sixth day they gathered twice as much, that is, two gomors every man: and all the rulers of the multitude came, and told Moses.


4 And they did so as Moses had commanded, and it did not putrefy, neither was there worm found in it.


7 And the seventh day came: and some of the people going forth to gather, found none.
