1 The husbandmen are ashamed, the vinedressers have howled for the wheat, and for the barley, because the harvest of the field is perished.


4 And he commanded me at that time that I should teach you the ceremonies and judgments which you shall do in the land, that you shall possess.


7 And when Pharao had sent out the people, the Lord led them not by the way of the land of the Philistines which is near: thinking lest perhaps they would repent, if they should see wars arise against them, and would return into Egypt.


But thou hast saved us from them that afflict us : and hast put them to shame that hate us.


9 The Lord also said to Moses: Say to Aaron, Take thy rod, and stretch forth thy hand upon the waters of Egypt, and upon their rivers, and streams and pools, and all the ponds of waters, that they may be turned into blood: and let blood be in all the land of Egypt, both in vessels of wood and of stone.


3 Therefore take unto you the armour of God, that you may be able to resist in the evil day, and to stand in all things perfect.


6 As I pleaded against your fathers in the desert of the land of Egypt; even so will I judge you, saith the Lord God.


4 And I will bring you out from the people, and I will gather you out of the countries, in which you are scattered, I will reign over you with a strong hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with fury poured out.


A psalm on Solomon. Give to the king thy judgment, O God: and to the king's son thy justice:


Behold they shall speak with their mouth, and a sword is in their lips: for who, say they, hath heard us ?


And Moses was eighty years old, and Aaron eighty-three, when they spoke to Pharao.


7 Because thou, O Lord of hosts, God of Israel, hast revealed to the ear of thy servant, saying: I will build thee a house: therefore hath thy servant found in his heart to pray this prayer to thee.


But Pharao called Moses and Aaron and said to them: Pray ye to the Lord to take away the frogs from me and from my people; and I will let the people go to sacrifice to the Lord.


And he took six hundred chosen chariots, and all the chariots that were in Egypt: and the captains of the whole army.


1 And when Moses had stretched forth his hand over the sea, the Lord took it away by a strong and burning wind blowing all the night, and turned it into dry ground: and the water was divided.


In God shall we glory all the day long : and in thy name we will give praise for ever.


0 They kept not the covenant of God: and in his law they would not walk.


And Isaias said to Ezechias: Rear the word of the Lord of hosts.
