1 Go in, and speak to Pharao king of Egypt, that he let the children of Israel go out of his land.


5 And the Lord looked upon the children of Israel, and he knew them.


2 And God turned, and gave them up to serve the host of heaven, as it is written in the books of the prophets: Did you offer victims and sacrifices to me for forty years, in the desert, O house of Israel?


4 Then shalt thou be delighted in the Lord, and I will lift thee up above the high places of the earth, and will feed thee with the inheritance of Jacob thy father. For the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it.


3 If my people had heard me: if Israel had walked in my ways:


Why hast thou shewn me iniquity and grievance, to see rapine and injustice before me? and there is a judgment, but opposition is more powerful.


1 Her princes have judged for bribes, and her priests have taught for hire, and her prophets divined for money: and they leaned upon the Lord, saying: Is not the Lord in the midst of us? no evil shall come upon us.


3 Behold my servant shall understand, he shall be exalted, and extolled, and shall be exceeding high.


The voice of thy watchmen: they have lifted up their voice, they shah praise together: for they shall see eye to eye when the Lord shall convert Sion


4 I will ascend above the height of the clouds, I will be like the most High.


0 Our God is the God of salvation: and of the Lord, of the Lord are the issues from death.

5 And the king of Egypt spoke to the midwives of the Hebrews: of whom one was called Sephora, the other Phua,


3 And it was said unto him: Know thou beforehand that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land not their own, and they shall bring them under bondage, and afflict them four hundred years.


3 And the Egyptians hated the children of Israel, and afflicted them and mocked them:


7 But the midwives feared God, and did not do as the king of Egypt had commanded, but saved the men children.


9 And Israel revolted from the house of David, unto this day.


2 A man, that maketh haste to be rich, and envieth others, is ignorant that poverty shall come upon him.


And they that have passed by have not said: The blessing of the Lord be upon you: we have blessed you in the name of the Lord.


2 It is yet day enough, to remain in Nobe: he shall shake his hand against the mountain of the daughter of Sion, the hill of Jerusalem.
