1 Afterwards I came into the regions of Syria and Cilicia.


So that nothing is wanting to you in any grace, waiting for the manifestation of our Lord Jesus Christ.


8 You may be able to comprehend, with all the saints, what is the breadth, and length, and height, and depth:


3 Wherefore I pray you not to faint at my tribulations for you, which is your glory.


5 And when they had bound him with thongs, Paul saith to the centurion that stood by him: Is it lawful for you to scourge a man that is a Roman, and uncondemned?


9 Immediately therefore they departed from him that were about to torture him. The tribune also was afraid after he understood that he was a Roman citizen, and because he had bound him.


In which also we all conversed in time past, in the desires of our flesh, fulfilling the will of the flesh and of our thoughts, and were by nature children of wrath, even as the rest:


3 O the depth of the riches of the wisdom and of the knowledge of God! How incomprehensible are his judgments, and how unsearchable his ways!


7 And Paul, calling to him one of the centurions, said: Bring this young man to the tribune, for he hath some thing to tell him.


0 For which cause I please myself in my infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ. For when I am weak, then am I powerful.


5 Of whom all paternity in heaven and earth is named,


Always in all my prayers making supplication for you all, with joy;


1 In whom also you are circumcised with circumcision not made by hand, in despoiling of the body of the flesh, but in the circumcision of Christ:


2 Epaphras saluteth you, who is one of you, a servant of Christ Jesus, who is always solicitous for you in prayers, that you may stand perfect, and full in all the will of God.


But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea, which is moved and carried about by the wind.


And in godliness, love of brotherhood; and in love of brotherhood, charity.


If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth.
