Speak to Zorobabel the son of Salathiel the governor of Juda, and to Jesus the son of Josedec the high priest, and to the rest of the people, saying:


A time to rend, and a time to sew. A time to keep silence, and a time to speak.


2 Let thy heart apply itself to instruction: and thy ears to words of knowledge.


3 O forgive me, that I may be refreshed, before I go hence, and be no more.


0 Who giveth rain upon the face of the earth, and watereth all things with waters:


1 And Roboam slept with his fathers, and was buried with them in the city of David: and his mother's name was Naama an Ammonitess: and Abiam his son reigned in his stead.


And he ran to Heli and said: Here am I: for thou didst call me. He said: I did not call: go back and sleep. And he went and slept.


0 For he shall not much remember the days of his life, because God entertaineth his heart with delight,


A man to whom God hath given riches, and substance, and honour, and his soul wanteth nothing of all that he desireth: yet God doth not give him power to eat thereof, but a stranger shall eat it up. This is vanity and a great misery.


And Satan answered, and said: Skin for skin, and all that a man hath he will give for his life:


Gather ye together his saints to him: who set his covenant before sacrifices.
