How long will you throw out words? understand first, and so let us speak.


8 I went mourning without indignation; I rose up, and cried in the crowd.


He that despiseth the poor, reproacheth his Maker; and he that rejoiceth at another man's ruin, shall not be unpunished.


A psalm on Solomon. Give to the king thy judgment, O God: and to the king's son thy justice:


5 Behold among his saints none is unchangeable, and the heavens are not pure in his sight.


7 Keep all my precepts, and all my judgments, and do them. I am the Lord.


In saying before, Sacrifices, and oblations, and holocausts for sin thou wouldest not, neither are they pleasing to thee, which are offered according to the law.


9 And they shall fight against thee, and shall not prevail: for I am with thee, saith the Lord, to deliver thee.


2 Hear me, O ye hardhearted, who are far from justice.


7 The words of the wise are heard in silence, more than the cry of a prince among fools.


He that gathereth treasures by a lying tongue, is vain and foolish, and shall stumble upon the snares of death.


2 Let me be tht proper servant, who took him into my trust, and promised, saying: If I bring him not again, I will be guilty of sin against my father for ever.


0 herefore if I shall go to thy servant our father, and the boy be wanting, (whereas his life dependeth upon the life of him,)


In the mean time the famine was heavy upon all the land.


4 But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, for I am the Lord that exercise mercy, and judgment, and justice in the earth: for these things please me, saith the Lord.
