When the keepers of the house shall tremble, and the strong men shall stagger, and the grinders shall be idle in a small number, and they that look through the holes shall be darkened:


4 The slothful hideth his hand under his armpit, and will not so much as bring it to his mouth.


9 Which we have as an anchor of the soul, sure and firm, and which entereth in even within the veil;


But what went you out to see? a man clothed in soft garments? Behold they that are clothed in soft garments, are in the houses of kings.


5 Thanks be to God for his unspeakable gift.


The ways are made desolate, no one passeth by the road, the covenant is made void, he hath rejected the cities, he hath not regarded the men.


2 And the servant said: Lord, it is done as thou hast commanded, and yet there is room.


6 And judgment shall dwell in the wilderness, and justice shall sit in charmel.


You know that after two days shall be the pasch, and the son of man shall be delivered up to be crucified:


6 He that oppresseth the poor, to in- crease his own riches, shall himself give to one that is richer, and shall be in need.


5 The soul which blesseth, shall be made fat: and he that inebriateth, shall be inebriated also himself.


1 The brother also shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the son: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and shall put them to death.


And the king commanded Joab, and Abisai, and Ethai, saying: Save me the boy Absalom. And all the people heard the king giving charge to all the princes concerning Absalom.


0 Keep ye my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary. I am the Lord.


3 For every man that eateth and drinketh, and seeth good of his labour, this is the gift of God.


5 And being afraid I went and hid thy talent in the earth: behold here thou hast that which is thine.
