And all the congregation of the children of Israel murmured against Moses and Aaron in the wilderness.


5 Neither shalt thou be quiet, even in those nations, nor shall there be any rest for the sole of thy foot. For the Lord will give thee a fearful heart, and languishing eyes, and a soul consumed with pensiveness:


2 May thy sons and thy daughters be given to another people, thy eyes looking on, and languishing at the sight of them all the day, and may there be no strength in thy hand.


3 And the Lord said to Moses: Arise in the morning, and stand before Pharao, and thou shalt say to him: Thus saith the Lord the God of the Hebrews: Let my people go to sacrifice to me.


8 Sending out hornets before, that shall drive away the Hevite, and the Chanaanite, and the Hethite, before thou come in.


2 Nor is it in heaven, that thou shouldst say: Which of us can go up to heaven to bring it unto us, and we may hear and fulfil it in work?


A psalm of a canticle on the sabbath day. It is good to give praise to the Lord: and to sing to thy name, O most High.
