Unto the end, a psalm for David: How long, O Lord, wilt thou forget me unto the end? how long dost thou turn away thy face from me?


1 For the stone shall cry out of the wall: and the timber that is between the joints of the building, shall answer.


3 And he shall have power over the treasures of gold, and of silver, and all the precious things of Egypt: and he shall pass through Libya, and Ethiopia.


The words of the wicked have prevailed over us: and thou wilt pardon our transgressions.


But they that are learned shall shine as the brightness of the firmament: and they that instruct many to justice, as stars for all eternity.


7 And I Daniel languished, and was sick for some days: and when I was risen up, I did the king's business, and I was astonished at the vision, and there was none that could interpret it.


Let another praise thee, and not thy own mouth: a stranger, and not thy own lips.


7 The deceitful man shall not find gain: but the substance of a just man shall be precious gold.


Before your thorns could know the brier; he swalloweth them up, as alive, in his wrath.


But I, as a fruitful olive tree in the house of God, have hoped in the mercy of God for ever, yea for ever and ever.

7 And he shall make no account of the God of his fathers: and he shall follow the lust of women, and he shall not regard any gods: for he shall rise up against all things.


And I heard the voice of his words: and when I heard, I lay in a consternation, upon my face, and my face was close to the ground.


7 And not with a great army, nor with much people shall Pharao fight against him: when he shall cast up mounts, and build forts, to cut off many souls.


8 An unjust witness scorneth judgment: and the mouth of the wicked devoureth iniquity.


Thus will I bless thee all my life long: and in thy name I will lift up my hands.


1 Then the king rose up, and rent his garments: and fell upon the ground, and all his servants, that stood about him, rent their garments.


6 And the king shall do according to his will, and he shall be lifted up, and shall magnify himself against every god: and he shall speak great things against the God of gods, and shall prosper, till the wrath be accomplished. For the determination is made.


5 According to his will, and craft shall be successful in his hand: and his heart shall be puffed up, and in the abundance of all things he shall kill many: and he shall rise up against the prince of princes, and shall be broken without hand.
