3 He that hateth me, hateth my Father also.


7 And the Lord said: Can I hide from Abraham what I am about to do:


1 The innocent and the upright have adhered to me: because I have waited on thee.


0 I was in the spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet,


3 He said to Noe: The end of all flesh is come before me, the earth is filled with iniquity through them, and I will destroy them with the earth.


0 The four and twenty ancients fell down before him that sitteth on the throne, and adored him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying:


And he shall also carry away captive into Egypt their gods, and their graven things, and their precious vessels of gold and silver: he shall prevail against the king of the north.


0 Therefore behold I am against the prophets, saith the Lord: who steal my words every one from his neighbor.


And to the angel of the church of Smyrna write: These things saith the First and the Last, who was dead, and is alive:


0 And his sons shall be provoked, and they shall assemble a multitude of great forces: and he shall come with haste like a flood: and he shall return and be stirred up, and he shall join battle with his forces.


8 But to the king of Juda, who sent you to consult the Lord, thus shall you say: Thus saith the Lord the God of Israel: Forasmuch as thou hast heard the words of the book,


7 And Eliseus prayed, and said: Lord, open his eyes, that he may see. And the Lord opened the eyes of the servant, and he saw: and behold the mountain was full of horses, and chariots of fire round about Eliseus.


And he destroyed the soothsayers, whom the kings of Juda had appointed to sacrifice in the high places in the cities of Juda, and round about Jerusalem: them also that burnt incense to Baal, and to the sun, and to the moon, and to the twelve signs, and to all the host of heaven.


And if any man will hurt them, fire shall come out of their mouths, and shall devour their enemies. And if any man will hurt them, in this manner must he be slain.


And they shall know that I am the Lord: when I shall have set a fire in Egypt, and all the helpers thereof shall be destroyed.


But if any man shall not fall down and adore, he shall the same hour be cast into a furnace of burning fire.


0 And as for the asses, which were lost three days ago, be not solicitous, because they are found. And for whom shall be all the best things of Israel? Shall they not be for thee and for all thy father's house?


And the water of the sea shall be dried up, and the river shall be wasted and dry.
