9 And destroying seven nations in the land of Chanaan, divided their land among them, by lot,


1 And them that were without, p they struck with blindness from the least to the greatest, so that they could not find the door.


3 But he said: I beseech thee, Lord send whom thou wilt send.


5 And dividing his company, he rushed upon them in the night: and defeated them, and pursued them as far as Hoba, which is on the left hand of Damascus.


7 And Ananias went his way, and entered into the house. And laying his hands upon him, he said: Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus hath sent me, he that appeared to thee in the way as thou camest; that thou mayest receive thy sight, and be filled with the Holy Ghost.


For which thing thrice I besought the Lord, that it might depart from me.


And I went up according to revelation; and communicated to them the gospel, which I preach among the Gentiles, but apart to them who seemed to be some thing: lest perhaps I should run, or had run in vain.
