5 And they told what things were done in the way; and how they knew him in the breaking of the bread.


And entering into the synagogue, he spoke boldly for the space of three months, disputing and exhorting concerning the kingdom of God.


1 For what man knoweth the things of a man, but the spirit of a man that is in him? So the things also that are of God no man knoweth, but the Spirit of God.


1 Preaching the kingdom of God, and teaching the things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ, with all confidence, without prohibition.


0 Blessed are they that suffer persecution for justice' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.


And Stephen, full of grace and fortitude, did great wonders and signs among the people.


0 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God: whereby you are sealed unto the day of redemption.


Receive us. We have injured no man, we have corrupted no man, we have overreached no man.


AND I, brethren, when I came to you, came not in loftiness of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of Christ.


1 And when these things were ended, Paul purposed in the spirit, when he had passed through Macedonia and Achaia, to go to Jerusalem, saying: After I have been there, I must see Rome also.


8 And one of them named Agabus, rising up, signified by the Spirit, that there should be a great famine over the whole world, which came to pass under Claudius.


2 And he commanded us to preach to the people, and to testify that it is he who was appointed by God, to be judge of the living and of the dead.


8 And he was with them coming in and going out in Jerusalem, and dealing confidently in the name of the Lord.


Being grieved that they taught the people, and preached in Jesus the resurrection from the dead:


6 And hath made of one, all mankind, to dwell upon the whole face of the earth, determining appointed times, and the limits of their habitation.


And asked of him letters to Damascus, to the synagogues: that if he found any men and wemen of this way, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem.
