And now send men to Joppe, and call hither one Simon, who is surnamed Peter:


3 And they cast out many devils, and anointed with oil many that were sick, and healed them.


And they were both just before God, walking in all the commandments and justifications of the Lord without blame.


6 And the fame hereof went abroad into all that country.


Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth with the truth;


8 But now God hath set the members every one of them in the body as it hath pleased him.


6 Behold I send you as sheep in the midst of wolves. Be ye therefore wise as serpents and simple as doves.


Do not possess gold, nor silver, nor money in your purses:


1 It is like to leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.


Now when he had ceased to speak, he said to Simon: Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught.


And if I shall send them away fasting to their home, they will faint in the way; for some of them came from afar off.


1 And his disciples said to him: Thou seest the multitude thronging thee, and sayest thou who hath touched me?


1 And in his name the Gentiles shall hope.


5 And from thence, when the brethren had heard of us, they came to meet us as far as Appii Forum, and the Three Taverns: whom when Paul saw, he gave thanks to God, and took courage.


7 And after the third day, he called together the chief of the Jews. And when they were assembled, he said to them: Men, brethren, I, having done nothing against the people, or the custom of our fathers, was delivered prisoner from Jerusalem into the hands of the Romans;
