7 For you have brought hither these men, who are neither guilty of sacrilege, nor of blasphemy against your goddess.


But to the Son: Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of justice is the sceptre of thy kingdom.


Paul and Sylvanus and Timothy: to the church of the Thessalonians, in God the Father, and in the Lord Jesus Christ.


4 And some believed the things that were said; but some believed not.


0 For this cause therefore I desired to see you, and to speak to you. Because that for the hope of Israel, I am bound with this chain.


8 Who, when they had examined me, would have released me, for that there was no cause of death in me;


0 Who also honoured us with many honours, and when we were to set sail, they laded us with such things as were necessary.


3 Then Paul answered, and said: What do you mean weeping and afflicting my heart? For I am ready not only to be bound, but to die also in Jerusalem, for the name of the Lord Jesus.


7 So that not only this our craft is in danger to be set at nought, but also the temple of great Diana shall be reputed for nothing; yea, and her majesty shall begin to be destroyed, whom all Asia and the world worshippeth.


And having taken satisfaction of Jason and of the rest, they let them go.


5 And at midnight, Paul and Silas praying, praised God. And they that were in prison, heard them.


7 And it shall come to pass, in the last days, (saith the Lord,) I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams.


0 And Jesus asked him, saying: What is thy name? But he said: Legion; because many devils were entered into him.
