8 Then they also that are fallen asleep in Christ, are perished.


5 Let us therefore, as many as are perfect, be thus minded; and if in any thing you be otherwise minded, this also God will reveal to you.


2 And Felix put them off, having most certain knowledge of this way, saying: When Lysias the tribune shall come down, I will hear you.


1 And some also of the rulers of Asia, who were his friends, sent unto him, desiring that he would not venture himself into the theatre.


7 And this became known to all the Jews and the Gentiles that dwelt at Ephesus; and fear fell on them all, and the name of the Lord Jesus was magnified.


And when Paul had imposed his hands on them, the Holy Ghost came upon them, and they spoke with tongues and prophesied.


5 And at midnight, Paul and Silas praying, praised God. And they that were in prison, heard them.


9 He spoke also to the Gentiles, and disputed with the Greeks; but they sought to kill him.


And the people with one accord were attentive to those things which were said by Philip, hearing, and seeing the miracles which he did.


2 And I was unknown by face to the churches of Judea, which were in Christ:


1 Whereas angels who are greater in strength and power, bring not against themselves a railing judgment.
