0 For indeed you do it towards all the brethren in all Macedonia. But we entreat you, brethren, that you abound more:


2 We testified to every one of you, that you would walk worthy of God, who hath called you unto his kingdom and glory.


Beware lest any man cheat you by philosophy, and vain deceit; according to the tradition of men, according to the elements of the world, and not according to Christ:


0 For you are our glory and joy.


9 Serving the Lord with all humility, and with tears, and temptations which befell me by the conspiracies of the Jews;


8 And certain philosophers of the Epicureans and of the Stoics disputed with him; and some said: What is it, that this word sower would say? But others: He seemeth to be a setter forth of new gods; because he preached to them Jesus and the resurrection.


And having taken satisfaction of Jason and of the rest, they let them go.


0 And presenting them to the magistrates, they said: These men disturb our city, being Jews;


And when they had passed through Mysia, they went down to Troas.


And when Paul and Barnabas had no small contest with them, they determined that Paul and Barnabas, and certain others of the other side, should go up to the apostles and priests to Jerusalem about this question.


NOW Peter and John went up into the temple at the ninth hour of prayer.


Out of him shall come forth the corner, out of him the pin, out of him the bow of battle, out of him every exacter together.


6 Who was of Mahath, who was of Mathathias, who was of Semei, who was of Joseph, who was of Juda,


And a certain young man named Eutychus, sitting on the window, being oppressed with a deep sleep, (as Paul was long preaching,) by occasion of his sleep fell from the third loft down, and was taken up dead.


1 Then going up, and breaking bread and tasting, and having talked a long time to them, until daylight, so he departed.


Purge out the old leaven, that you may be a new paste, as you are unleavened. For Christ our pasch is sacrificed.
