But when some were hardened, and believed not, speaking evil of the way of the Lord, before the multitude, departing from them, he separated the disciples, disputing daily in the school of one Tyrannus.


7 And whereas he was desirous to go to Achaia, the brethren exhorting, wrote to the disciples to receive him. Who, when he was come, helped them much who had believed.


8 And many of them that believed, came confessing and declaring their deeds.


Preach the word: be instant in season, out of season: reprove, entreat, rebuke in all patience and doctrine.


1 Now he that confirmeth us with you in Christ, and that hath anointed us, is God:


2 And they brought the youth alive, and were not a little comforted.


4 But I fear none of these things, neither do I count my life more precious than myself, so that I may consummate my course and the ministry of the word which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.
