And Saul arose from the ground; and when his eyes were opened, he saw nothing. But they leading him by the hands, brought him to Damascus.


7 When therefore they were come hither, without any delay, on the day following, sitting in the judgment seat, I commanded the man to be brought.


But Festus, willing to shew the Jews a pleasure, answering Paul, said: Wilt thou go up to Jerusalem, and there be judged of these things before me?


1 Then the soldiers, according as it was commanded them, taking Paul, brought him by night to Antipatris.


To this man the brethren that were in Lystra and Iconium, gave a good testimony.


8 But Paul desired that he (as having departed from them out of Pamphylia, and not gone with them to the work) might not be received.


1 Which when they had read, they rejoiced for the consolation.


2 And all the multitude held their peace; and they heard Barnabas and Paul telling what great signs and wonders God had wrought among the Gentiles by them.


And the apostles and ancients assembled to consider of this matter.


Then Saul, otherwise Paul, filled with the Holy Ghost, looking upon him,


9 Now they who had been dispersed by the persecution that arose on occasion of Stephen, went about as far as Phenice and Cyprus and Antioch, speaking the word to none, but to the Jews only.


2 Send therefore to Joppe, and call hither Simon, who is surnamed Peter: he lodgeth in the house of Simon a tanner, by the sea side.


And on the next day, whilst they were going on their journey, and drawing nigh to the city, Peter went up to the higher parts of the house to pray, about the sixth hour.
