But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea, which is moved and carried about by the wind.


9 That you abstain from things sacrificed to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication; from which things keeping yourselves, you shall do well. Fare ye well.


0 And immediately Jesus knowing in himself the virtue that had proceeded from him, turning to the multitude, said: Who hath touched my garments?


2 So you also, forasmuch as you are zealous of spirits, seek to abound unto the edifying of the church.


6 Being of one mind one towards another. Not minding high things, but consenting to the humble. Be not wise in your own conceits.


And they that were with me, saw indeed the light, but they heard not the voice of him that spoke with me.


5 This man was instructed in the way of the Lord; and being fervent in spirit, spoke, and taught diligently the things that are of Jesus, knowing only the baptism of John.


5 And therefore, in another place also, he saith: Thou shalt not suffer thy holy one to see corruption.


0 To whom, when Paul had gone down, he laid himself upon him, and embracing him, said: Be not troubled, for his soul is in him.


6 And he drove them from the judgment seat.

0 And delivered him out of all his tribulations: and he gave him favour and wisdom in the sight of Pharao, the king of Egypt; and he appointed him governor over Egypt, and over all his house.

7 Now when they had heard these things, they had compunction in their heart, and said to Peter, and to the rest of the apostles: What shall we do, men and brethren?


2 And they were all astonished, and wondered, saying one to another: What meaneth this?


4 And praying, they said: Thou, Lord, who knowest the hearts of all men, shew whether of these two thou hast chosen,


4 And he cried, and said: Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, to cool my tongue: for I am tormented in this flame.


And it was about the space of three hours after, when his wife, not knowing what had happened, came in.


For we preach not ourselves, but Jesus Christ our Lord; and ourselves your servants through Jesus.


2 We testified to every one of you, that you would walk worthy of God, who hath called you unto his kingdom and glory.
