7 But when he was come to Rome, he carefully sought me, and found me.


2 Purifying your souls in the obedience of charity, with a brotherly love, from a sincere heart love one another earnestly:


2 If we suffer, we shall also reign with him. If we deny him, he will also deny us.


For from you was spread abroad the word of the Lord, not only in Macedonia, and in Achaia, but also in every place, your faith which is towards God, is gone forth, so that we need not to speak any thing.


But she that is a widow indeed, and desolate, let her trust in God, and continue in supplications and prayers night and day.


6 And there went also with us some of the disciples from Caesarea, bringing with them one Mnason a Cyprian, an old disciple, with whom we should lodge.


But if any man have not care of his own, and especially of those of his house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.


5 See that none render evil for evil to any man; but ever follow that which is good towards each other, and towards all men.


1 Behold, I come quickly: hold fast that which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

She hath done what she could: she is come beforehand to anoint my body for burial.


For though I be absent in body, yet in spirit I am with you; rejoicing, and beholding your order, and the steadfastness of your faith which is in Christ.


8 When therefore I shall have accomplished this, and consigned to them this fruit, I will come by you into Spain.


For this ointment might have been sold for more than three hundred pence, and given to the poor. And they murmured against her.

5 Go not out into the fields, nor walk in the highway: for the sword of the enemy, and fear is on every side.


Why then is thy apparel red, and thy garments like theirs that tread in the winepress?


5 And if that wicked man restore the pledge, and render what he had robbed, and walk in the commandments of life, and do no unjust thing: he shall surely live, and shall not die.


1 If so be that you have heard him, and have been taught in him, as the truth is in Jesus:


To Titus my beloved son, according to the common faith, grace and peace from God the Father, and from Christ Jesus our Savior.


4 But he that had received the one talent, came and said: Lord, I know that thou art a hard man; thou reapest where thou hast not sown, and gatherest where thou hast not strewed.
