8 The Lord grant unto him to find mercy of the Lord in that day: and in how many things he ministered unto me at Ephesus, thou very well knowest.


8 In all things give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you all.


For our exhortation was not of error, nor of uncleanness, nor in deceit:


2 That the name of our Lord Jesus may be glorified in you, and you in him, according to the grace of our God, and of the Lord Jesus Christ.


9 Thou wilt say therefore to me: Why doth he then find fault? for who resisteth his will?


And the multitude of the city was divided; and some of them indeed held with the Jews, but some with the apostles.


And in the four and twentieth day of the first month I was by the great river which is the Tigris.


6 And taking of thy garments thou hast made thee high places sewed together on each side: and hast played the harlot upon them, as hath not been done before, nor shall be hereafter.


Sit thou silent, and get thee into darkness, O daughter of the Chaldeans: for thou shalt no more be called the lady of kingdoms.


9 Let us therefore love God, because God first hath loved us.


And we have confidence concerning you in the Lord, that the things which we command, you both do, and will do.


7 And coming, he preached peace to you that were afar off, and peace to them that were nigh.


1 For the Lord hath redeemed Jacob, and delivered him out of the hand of one that was mightier than he.


7 His beauty as of the firstling of a bullock, his horns as the horns of a rhinoceros: with them shall he push the nations even to the ends of the earth These are the multitudes of Ephraim and these the thousands of Manasses.


And there are three who give testimony in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost. And these three are one.


7 Religion clean and undefiled before God and the Father, is this: to visit the fatherless and widows in their tribulation: and to keep one's self unspotted from this world.


Neither did we eat any man's bread for nothing, but in labour and in toil we worked night and day, lest we should be chargeable to any of you.


4 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the remission of sins;


0 For as many as are of the works of the law, are under a curse. For it is written: Cursed is every one, that abideth not in all things, which are written in the book of the law to do them.


7 That the residue of men may seek after the Lord, and all nations upon whom my name is invoked, saith the Lord, who doth these things.


9 And he said: Fear not, O man of desires, peace be to thee: take courage and be strong. And when he spoke to me, I grew strong: and I said: Speak, O my lord, for thou hast strengthened me.


0 I was with him forming all things: and was delighted every day, playing before him at all times;


0 And he took the crown of their king from his head, the weight of which was a talent of gold, set with most precious stones, and it was put upon David's head, and the spoils of the city which were very great he carried away.


For God hath not subjected unto angels the world to come, whereof we speak.


I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.


4 But the servant of the Lord must not wrangle: but be mild towards all men, apt to teach, patient,


And that we may be delivered from importunate and evil men; for all men have not faith.


That I have great sadness, and continual sorrow in my heart.


For the woman that hath an husband, whilst her husband liveth is bound to the law. But if her husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband.


4 If you shall ask me any thing in my name, that I will do.


That was the true light, which enlighteneth every man that cometh into this world.


And all went to be enrolled, every one into his own city.


And after the end of years they shall be in league together: and the daughter of the king of the south shall come to the king of the north to make friendship, but she shall not obtain the strength of the arm, neither shall her seed stand: and she shall be given up, and her young men that brought her, and they that strengthened her in these times.


1 Fathers, provoke not your children to indignation, lest they be discouraged.


In the beginning God created heaven, and earth.


0 But of him are you in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and justice, and sanctification, and redemption:


For which cause, forbearing no longer, we thought it good to remain at Athens alone:


6 For the Lord himself shall come down from heaven with commandment, and with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God: and the dead who are in Christ, shall rise first.
