7 Wherein God, meaning more abundantly to shew to the heirs of the promise the immutability of his counsel, interposed an oath:


7 Exhort your hearts, and confirm you in every good work and word.

8 And the field, is the world. And the good seed are the children of the kingdom. And the cockle, are the children of the wicked one.


0 Look upon Sion the city of our solemnity: thy eyes shall see Jerusalem, a rich habitation, a tabernacle that cannot be removed: neither shall the nails thereof be taken away for ever, neither shall any of the cords thereof be broken:


And he said to me: Son of man, go to the house of Israel, and thou shalt speak my words to them.


In thee have our fathers hoped: they have hoped, and thou hast delivered them.
