9 And a woman took, and spread a covering over the mouth of the well, as it were to dry sodden barley: and so the thing was not known.


Exhort servants to be obedient to their masters, in all things pleasing, not gainsaying:


6 Jesus answered: He it is to whom I shall reach bread dipped. And when he had dipped the bread, he gave it to Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon.


The prudent man saw the evil, and hid himself: the simple passed on, and suffered loss.


But the Lord God of Israel chose me of all the house of my father, to be king over Israel for ever: for of Juda he chose the princes: and of the house of Juda, my father's house: and among the sons of my father, it pleased him to choose me king over all Israel.


7 And the word of the Lord came to Elias the Thesbite, saying:


4 And they sent to Jezabel, saying: Naboth is stoned, and is dead.


How beautiful are thy tabernacles, O Jacob, and thy tents, O Israel!


9 God is not a man, that he should lie, nor as the son of man, that he should be changed. Hath he said then, and will he not do? hath he spoken, and will he not fulfil?


Returning he found Balac standing by his burnt offering, with all the princes of the Moabites:


0 And Absalom said to Achitophel: Consult what we are to do.


9 Urias the Hethite, thirty and seven in all.


These things I remembered, and poured out my soul in me : for I shall go over into the place of the wonderful tabernacle, even to the house of God : With the voice of joy and praise; the noise of one feasting.


5 All the days of the poor are evil: a secure mind is like a continual feast.


8 All of these princes go out of the way, they walk deceitfully, they are brass and iron: they are all corrupted.
