And you, employing all care, minister in your faith, virtue; and in virtue, knowledge;


8 The Lord grant unto him to find mercy of the Lord in that day: and in how many things he ministered unto me at Ephesus, thou very well knowest.


Thou wilt turn, O God, and bring us to life: and thy people shall rejoice in thee.


I SPEAK the truth in Christ, I lie not, my conscience bearing me witness in the Holy Ghost:


8 I desired Titus, and I sent with him a brother. Did Titus overreach you? Did we not walk with the same spirit? did we not in the same steps?


For after this manner heretofore the holy women also, who trusted in God, adorned themselves, being in subjection to their own husbands:


And we charge you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you withdraw yourselves from every brother walking disorderly, and not according to the tradition which they have received of us.


8 Servants, be subject to your masters with all fear, not only to the good and gentle, but also to the froward.


For which cause, forbearing no longer, we thought it good to remain at Athens alone:


6 For the Lord himself shall come down from heaven with commandment, and with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God: and the dead who are in Christ, shall rise first.


4 For all flesh is as grass; and all the glory thereof as the flower of grass. The grass is withered, and the flower thereof is fallen away.


0 He that descended is the same also that ascended above all the heavens, that he might fill all things.


8 For the word of the cross, to them indeed that perish, is foolishness; but to them that are saved, that is, to us, it is the power of God.


1 For so an entrance shall be ministered to you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.


4 Being assured that the laying away of this my tabernacle is at hand, according as our Lord Jesus Christ also hath signified to me.


8 Because Christ also died once for our sins, the just for the unjust: that he might offer us to God, being put to death indeed in the flesh, but enlivened in the spirit,


5 Whereof I am made a minister according to the dispensation of God, which is given me towards you, that I may fulfil the word of God:


An ancient man rebuke not, but entreat him as a father: young men, as brethren:


3 Until we all meet into the unity of faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the age of the fulness of Christ;


7 Not that I seek the gift, but I seek the fruit that may abound to your account.


And John was clothed with camel's hair, and a leathern girdle about his loins; and he ate locusts and wild honey.


2 And as a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed: but thou art the selfsame, and thy years shall not fail.


His work is praise and magnificence: and his justice continueth for ever and ever.


4 As children of obedience, not fashioned according to the former desires of your ignorance:


2 Why so? Because they sought it not by faith, but as it were of works. For they stumbled at the stumblingstone.


1 He that tilleth his land shall be satisfied with bread: but he that pursueth idleness is very foolish. He that is delighted in passing his time over wine, leaveth a reproach in his strong holds.


6 And came to her mother in law; who said to her: What hast thou done, daughter? And she told her all that the man had done to her.


The sun riseth, and goeth down, and returneth to his place: and there rising again,


7 She hath girded her loins with strength, and hath strengthened her arm.


7 Be ye followers of me, brethren, and observe them who walk so as you have our model.


5 And I will endeavour, that you frequently have after my decease, whereby you may keep a memory of these things.


7 For he received from God the Father, honour and glory: this voice coming down to him from the excellent glory: This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.


9 And we have the more firm prophetical word: whereunto you do well to attend, as to a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:


But the heavens and the earth which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of the ungodly men.


If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just, to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all iniquity.
