6 But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch forth thy hand over the sea, and divide it: that the children of Israel may go through the midst of the sea on dry ground.


1 And they said: This man said, I am able to destroy the temple of God, and after three days to rebuild it.


0 For my father and my mother have left me: but the Lord hath taken me up.


For God is the king of all the earth: sing ye wisely.


But emptied himself, taking the form of a servant, being made in the likeness of men, and in habit found as a man.


4 And they buried him in his own sepulchre, which he had made for himself in the city of David: and they]aid him on his bed full of spices and odoriferous ointments, which were made by the art of the perfumers, and they burnt them over him with very great pomp.


He hath subdued the people under us; and the nations under our feet.


Offer up the sacrifice of justice, and trust in the Lord: many say, Who sheweth us good things?


4 At length he appeared to the eleven as they were at table: and he upbraided them with their incredulity and hardness of heart, because they did not believe them who had seen him after he was risen again.


Unto the end; for the octave, a psalm for David: Save me, O Lord, for there is now no saint: truths are decayed from among the children of men.


And when he saw them, he said: These are the camps of God, and he called the name of that place Mahanaim, that is, Camps.


0 And when they were come into Samaria, Eliseus said: Lord, open the eyes of these men, that they may see. And the Lord opened their eyes, and they saw themselves to be in the midst of Samaria.


1 And he cut off all the souls that abode there: he left not in it any remains, but utterly destroyed all, and burned the city itself with fire.


And when all the captains of the army that were scattered through the countries, they and their companions, had heard that the king of Babylon had made Godolias the son of Ahicam governor of the country, and that he had committed unto him men and women, and children, and of the poor of the land, them that had not been carried away captive to Babylon:
